Most people still want to be within 1 hour of the cultural hub and job centers, that is where the views start to come alive in the Valley of the Sun. The views get better the further out you go! Newer homes are always in high demand but previously lived in homes take a little longer to sell due to the "personal preference" choices that are allowed when building.
Decent lots in the Northeast start at about $500k. In the Southeast Valley lots start at $380k and there are mountains on all three sides! In the West, the building is just getting to the White Tank Mountains and pricing is very good if you can find just a lot! Then, improving the lots will run $30k+ depending on many factors. Shared wells are common with these types of properties. Then you would have landscaping include the driveway or fencing the property and that can really add up.

- Scottsdale - $1,000k +
- Phoenix - $500k +
- West Side - $350k +
- Southeast Valley - $350k+
- Paradise Valley - the most expensive over 100+ homes selling each year for over $1,000,000.
Please understand this is just a guideline - many factors contribute to custom home sites. You can always find a nice resale home with views for about $800k +.
